Golf Swag FAQs
How long does it take to get my custom order?
We get most orders made and out the door within 3 business days. If you need it sooner, pick a UPS or FedEx expedited option at checkout and you can have your gear in hand in as little as 4 business days.
Standard UPS shipping times depend on your location, and checkout shows your estimated delivery date before you pay. During busy stretches like Father's Day and the holidays, give yourself a few extra days.
Corporate and large tournament orders can sometimes take a bit longer because we give those an extra look before they ship. If you're working against an event date, let us know and we'll do everything we can to hit it.
Is there a minimum order?
Most of our gear has no minimum, so you can order a single dozen golf balls or one towel. A few items like golf tees and can coolers are sold in packs, and the product page will tell you when that's the case.
Can I see my design before you print it?
Yes, you'll see a live preview in the form of a digital mockup for every item on golfswag.com. The shape and texture of the product may make fine lines and colors look slightly softer on the finished item. If you're placing a larger order for an event or company, contact us and we can send a real example for you to approve first.
What file should I upload for my logo or photo?
A high-resolution PNG or JPG works best, and the sharper the file the better it prints. Tiny text and thin lines can lose detail on a golf ball, so if your logo looks hard to read in the preview it's worth simplifying first. Send it to us before you order if you'd like a second opinion.
Can you print on both sides of the golf ball?
Right now we print on one side of each ball. If you want text added to your logo or photo, send us the image and the text through our contact page and we'll combine them into one design for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't gone into production yet. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll fix the artwork, spelling or shipping address. Once an order ships we aren't able to change it anymore.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or printed wrong, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Personalized gear is made just for you, so we can't take it back for a change of mind or for artwork that matched the preview you approved.
Do you do bulk orders for tournaments and companies?
Yes, we handle tournament, corporate and team orders all the time. Our Concierge team can put together a custom quote and help you pick the right gear for your group, even if it's something you can't find on our site. Get started on our branded golf gear page.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $149 or more. We offer shipping through both UPS and FedEx anywhere in the contiguous US, and if you're working against a deadline you can pick an expedited option at checkout. We don't ship internationally… yet.
