Getting Your Gear to You

Your order typically arrives between 4-10 days after you place it. Estimated delivery dates for your order are provided at checkout and your chosen shipping method will impact delivery times.

How Long It Takes

Making Your Gear: Most orders are processed in-house within 2-5 days. Corporate, tournament, and other specialty orders may take 6-10 business days to make sure everything looks right.
Getting It to You: Once we ship from our Tennessee location, delivery takes 1-10 days to arrive depending on your shipping method and where you live.
Weekends and Holidays: We're closed Saturdays and Sundays, and we observe major US holidays. These don't count as business days.

Need your gear for an upcoming tournament or corporate event? Since we do everything in-house, we can usually reduce the customization period for larger orders. Contact us once you place your order and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping Options
  • Express: Shipping locations closest to our facility qualify for this economical option through UPS Ground with 1-2 business day transit times.
  • Standard: Shipping locations further away from our facility qualify for this economical option through UPS Ground with 3-4 business day transit times.
  • Economy: Shipping locations farthest away from our facility qualify for this economical option through UPS Ground with 5-8 business day transit times.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are expedited options that can reduce transit time for customers outside our Express service area.
Where We Ship

Contiguous USA only for now.

Processing Your Order

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST start processing by the next business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends may add additional processing time. You'll get tracking info once your order ships.

If Something Goes Wrong

Package Damaged: Contact us right away at customercare@golfswag.com with photos. We'll get it replaced.
Package Lost: If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days. We'll help figure it out.
Wrong Address: Double-check your address before ordering. We can fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet, but once it's gone, it's gone.

Busy Times

During peak seasons (like Father's Day or Black Friday), things might take a little longer. Please allow 3-4 additional business days during these periods.
Weather and carrier issues can slow things down sometimes. That's out of our control, but if we can help we will do our best.

Returns

Don't just send stuff back. Contact us first at customercare@golfswag.com and we'll send you a return label.
