Most online custom orders ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Many ship sooner. Larger concierge orders or orders that need proof approval can take longer depending on the product and current production schedule.

We can only print designs you have the right to use. Protected brand, team, or tournament marks may require written permission before production. If permission cannot be provided, we may need to adjust or cancel the order.

Online orders include an instant digital preview while you customize. A manual proof is available by request. Concierge and larger orders typically include a human proof or approval step before production.

Upload the clearest image file you have. PNG or JPEG files work well for most online orders, and Concierge can usually work with other formats when needed. Crisp, high-resolution artwork prints best.

It depends on the product and the design. Small text, thin lines, and low-resolution photos can lose detail once printed. If the design looks hard to read in the preview, it is worth simplifying before production.

Yes. Send us the event date, delivery location, and what you want to order. Rush orders are often possible, but they depend on production timing and may be limited during peak holiday periods.

Most Golf Swag products do not have a minimum order quantity unless the item says otherwise. Some items have product-specific minimums because of how they are packaged or produced. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.

Most orders can ship to one bulk address. Multi-address shipping may be available for larger orders, but we will need the order size and shipping details before confirming the best option.
