Thanks for choosing Golf Swag! When we say "we," "us," or "our," we're talking about Golf Swag.  We run this website and store to give you golf gear that's personalized with your designs, logos, and text.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms") cover how you can use our website and services. They include important stuff about your rights and ours, so please read through them. We know legal documents aren't exactly thrilling, but this one's important.

By using our website, placing orders, or just browsing around, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, you shouldn't use our services.

Your Account and Access

To use our services, you need to be at least 18 years old (or whatever the legal age is where you live). If you're a parent letting your kids use your account, that's on you to supervise.

When you place an order, we'll ask for information like your email, billing info, and shipping address. Make sure everything you give us is accurate and up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens with your account.

You can't sell, transfer, or give your account to someone else.

About Our Products

We work hard to show you the best representation we can of what our gear looks like, but colors and appearance might look different on your screen depending on your device and settings. That's just how screens work.

We can't promise that every product will look exactly like you imagined, but we welcome feedback so we can continue to improve the user experience.

We can change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities anytime. Sometimes we have to, and we'll do our best to let you know if it affects your order.

Orders and Returns

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We can accept or decline orders for any reason, and your order isn't final until we confirm it and process your payment.

Please double-check your order before submitting because once we start making your personalized gear, changes get tricky.

All returns and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy, which covers what we can and can't do when it comes to returns.

Prices and Payment

Prices can change without notice, but you'll pay whatever the price was when you placed your order. Unless we say otherwise, prices don't include taxes or shipping.

You need to give us current, accurate payment information and keep it updated. By giving us your credit card info, you're confirming that you're authorized to use it and that you'll pay for your purchases.

Shipping and Delivery

We'll do our best to get your gear to you on time, but we can't control shipping carriers, weather, or other things outside our control. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, they're responsible for getting it to you safely. If something goes wrong during shipping (like damage or loss), reach out to us and we'll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

Your Content and Our Intellectual Property

What You Upload (Copyright Declaration)

When you upload photos, logos, or designs for personalization, you're promising us that:

  • You own the content or it's in the public domain
  • You have the legal right to use and reproduce this design
  • You don't know of any third-party claims on the intellectual property
  • The content doesn't violate anyone's privacy, celebrity rights, or other personal rights
  • The content isn't defamatory or obscene
  • The content doesn't contain illegal material
  • The content doesn't attack or put down any person based on race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or anything like that

We reserve the right to refuse to print anything that conflicts with this declaration.

What Happens If You Upload Infringing Content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Swag from any claims resulting from your use of our services, including any claims related to intellectual property infringement from content you submit. If someone says you uploaded their copyrighted material without permission, that's between you and them - but you'll cover our legal costs if we get dragged into it.

Using Your Content for Marketing

By submitting content to us (like photos of your finished gear or designs), you grant Golf Swag a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publicly display that content for marketing purposes. We might use your awesome golf gear photos on our website or social media to show other customers how great their gear can look. However, we won't use any content that clearly identifies you personally without your approval.

Our Stuff

You can use our website for personal shopping, but you can't copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Golf Swag's name, logo, and slogans are our trademarks. You can't use them without our written permission.

Everything on golfswag.com, including the design, text, images, logos, and how it's all put together, belongs to us or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Sometimes we use tools from other companies to make our website work better. We don't control these tools and aren't responsible for how they work.

Our website is powered by Shopify, but when you buy something, you're buying it from us, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for our products, customer service, or anything else related to your purchase.
