Get It Before Christmas
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times for those last minute holiday shoppers. However during peak holiday times, it can get a little hairy. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, place your order by these deadlines:

• Standard - December 12th by 11:59PM EST
• Express - December 15th by 11:59PM EST
• UPS 3 Day Select - December 15th by 11:59PM EST
• UPS 2nd Day Air - December 16th by 11:59PM EST
• UPS Next Day Air - December 19th by 11:59PM EST

If you notice an issue, contact our support team within 24 hours and include your order number. Our team will review your preview file and help resolve your issue if it hasn't been shipped yet.

Currently, each item supports one customization type per product (either image upload, logo upload, monogram or text entry).

If you need help adding text to your image or logo, email us at hello@golfswag.com. We'll need an image file (higher resolution the better) and the text you'd like included. Make sure to specify if you have any color or font requests.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking link.

You can also view your order status in your Golf Swag account page. Use the email address you used to place your order to access your Golf Swag account.

Our goal is simple: we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about how your logo or design might look on our products, just reach out to our team before placing your order, and we'll help ensure you get exactly what you need.

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your golf swag doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it in unused condition within 30 days, and we'll gladly issue a full refund.

For personalized or custom logo items, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for:

• Design appearance or layout issues once the item has been produced
• Color variations that fall within standard commercial printing tolerances
• Design concerns resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork that you provided
• "Change of mind" situations after custom items have been produced

We recommend submitting the highest quality artwork possible for best results. If you're unsure about your logo or design file quality, email it to us at hello@golfswag.com and we'll review it for you.
