- Customization Time: Most orders are ready to ship within 2-5 business days. For those tournament or corporate orders with custom branding, we need about 5-7 business days to ensure your logo looks perfect on every product you order.
- Transit Time: Once we ship from our Chattanooga location, delivery takes 1-7 business days based on your shipping method and location. Free shipping orders typically take the scenic route at 3-7 days.
Note: We take our weekends on the course (closed Saturday and Sunday) and observe major US holidays, so these don't count as business days.

For personalized or custom logo items, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for:
- Design appearance or layout issues once the item has been produced
- Color variations that fall within standard commercial printing tolerances
- Design concerns resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork that you provided
- "Change of mind" situations after custom items have been produced
