We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your golf swag doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it in unused condition within 30 days, and we'll gladly issue a full refund.
For personalized or custom logo items, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for:
- Design appearance or layout issues once the item has been produced
- Color variations that fall within standard commercial printing tolerances
- Design concerns resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork that you provided
- "Change of mind" situations after custom items have been produced
We recommend submitting the highest quality artwork possible for best results. If you're unsure about your logo file quality, our team is happy to review it before production and suggest improvements if needed.
